Whiskey Caramel Marshmallow Bacon Dark Chocolate Fudge 

I decided to make “Dark Chocolate Whiskey Bacon Caramel Marshmallow” Fudge to send to people for the holidays. I’m not a great cook, and I’m super lazy in the kitchen, so I promise it’s EASY! 🎄People wanted the recipe so here you go:You will need: 
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk

1 jar marshmallow creme 

16oz package of bacon

1/4 cup sugar 

4 tablespoons water

1 egg white

1/4 tsp Black pepper 

1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 cup of dark chocolate chips

1 bag of Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Kisses 

Half a Cup of Whiskey 

I made the caramel first, the night before:

It is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that the entire can is covered with water at all times!

Remove the label from the can.

Place unopened can in crock pot on it’s side.

Fill crock pot with water so the entire can is submerged. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

Cool before opening.
The next day I made the candied bacon: 

I cooked the bacon in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and set it aside to cool completely. Once cooled, I cut it in pieces with kitchen scissors, set aside and heat oven to 300 degrees.

Next I put the sugar and water in a pot and heated it on med/low until sugar dissolved. Then I tossed the bacon in it to coat it. Next pour the bacon sugar mixture through a strainer to drain excess sugar syrup.

Put egg white in a bowl and beat until fluffy and foamy. Add in black pepper and cayenne. Whisk to combine. Add in crumbled bacon and toss to coat.

Then I coated a pan in non stick spray, spread the bacon on it and cooked it for 30 min more. I set it aside when done to cool. 
The Fudge: 

Put your 1 cup of dark chocolate chip and your dark chocolate kisses in a medium saucepan and pour whiskey and sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate. Over medium low heat melt it all together stirring constantly. 
When the chocolate and milk are completely blended, stir in 3/4 of your candied bacon until mixed through. 
Pour mixture into a wax paper lined 8×8 baking dish.
Place dollops of both your caramel and marshmallow on the top then swirl it through with a fork. 
Sprinkle the top with your remaining candied bacon.

Place in refrigerator to set for at least one hour.
