Let’s take away all the salacious behind the scenes stuff everyone wants me to talk about, the moral and ethical issues involved in turning someone’s health into a game show and try to ignore how you just don’t like my sense of humor, personality or maybe my face (whatever it is you hate about me) and look at these couple of things:

Things Kai says:

1. Crash dieting and over-exercising are bad for you.

2. Fat shaming someone doesn’t motivate them it in fact does the opposite, harming them.

Things The Biggest Loser  does:

1. Encourages contestants and viewers to over-exercise and to crash diet.

2. Fat shames.

You’re right, I’m horrible and awful because I make factual statements about my experience backed up by other people and data.

Obviously I have a scary agenda bent on taking the wonderful magic and happiness that is The Biggest Loser away from deserving people, and ruining everyone’s dreams!  I couldn’t just be speaking out against something harmful I participated in because I’m sorry and feel a personal responsibility to help fix it.

Next? I’m going to take over the world muahahahahaha! You know, right after I find a way to get my six year old to stay in bed at bedtime.
